Individual Development Accounts (IDA) Program
HarborCOV is working with a collaboration of community partners to develop this asset building project. IDAs leverage participants' savings, provide economic literacy training and support higher education and home ownership.

Survivors Economic Justice Network
HarborCOV is leading a statewide effort to support domestic violence programs to work for economic justice and incorporate economic advocacy and development into our work.

No one should be forced to live in a violent home because of financial dependence, or because cuts to the safety net of emergency financial help and supportive services have eliminated their only options.
