Making Ends Meet
HarborCOV produced Making Ends Meet in 2002. It provides women with "How To" information relating to a wide range of economic issues including job hunting, collecting child support, college scholarships, and much more. We provide this manual to to our clients as a way of connecting them to resources and teaching them how to advocate for themselves.

Voices of Survival
The Economic Stability Working Group, of the Transitions Subcommittee of the Governor's Commission on DV conducted a series of public hearings in June 2001 to learn more about the economic impacts of domestic violence. The resulting report, Voices of Survival, The Economic Impacts of Domestic Violence, A Blueprint for Action documents the extent to which economic circumstances dictate whether victims and their children are forced to remain in abusive relationships or are able to remove themselves from their situations. The report also offers several recommendations for public and private sector participation.
